Terms of Service

In this document, we are going to reference the general rules on the leasing of ipv4:

Lease:

The IP addresses under lease, are the property of IPv4 Resources, the lease gives the client the right to use, and announce the IP addresses where the client requires, we provide LOA if the client requires it.

Usage of IP Addresses:

IPv4 Resources expects in good faith that clients use IPs responsibly and in compliance with the laws, however we will list some of the expressly prohibited activities.

• Spam is completely strictly forbidden
• Any illegal activity is strictly forbidden
• Use of space to distribute viruses, trojans, etc ...
• Widespread use of Port Scans

Clients are required to use common sense, any questions about the acceptable use of leased ipv4 addresses, you can contact us

Payments:

The client has to make the payment in a timely manner, the payment method will be via bank transfer or credit card (Visa Verified or Mastercard SecureCode), If the client does not pay on the date, surcharges can be established for late payment . If the service is suspended due to non-payment, its reactivation will have a fee of €150

Cancellation of Service:

Clients are free to request the cancellation of the service, for said request to be valid it must comply with the following terms:

• You must notify 30 days before the next invoice.
• The client must be in good standing
• IPv4 / IPv6 addresses must be in good standing

If IPv4 / IPv6 addresses are blacklisted, a € 15 penalty fee may be charged for each IP listed.

Cancellation by IPv4 Resources:

In some cases, IPv4 Resources may cancel your service unilaterally if:

• You are not up to date with your payments
• Repeatedly committing abuse
• By legal order

Jurisdiction and Venue

IPv4 Resources is under spanish jurisdiction. Any legal problem must be tried and resolved by a Spanish court.
